Which land documents does it support?

Land Document Extraction supports five document families: Accounting, Conveyance, Miscellaneous, Title, and Well & Unit. These families cover leases, deeds, assignments, title opinions, division orders, well and unit records, payment documents, correspondence, and related land records. The fields shown for review depend on the document type.

How does review work?

Review keeps the source PDF beside the extracted fields. Reviewers can mark values correct, flag issues, add notes, and set a document-level review status before exporting the result. Review annotations do not overwrite the original extraction.

What can I export?

Reviewed results can be exported as structured CSV or Excel rows for analysis, reporting, and downstream workflows.
